Mr. Mohd Fauzi Bin Musa

Mohd Fauzi is a seasoned and experienced professional with 27 years of ‘hands-on’ experience in the operation and manufacturing environment which he enthusiastically served in both local companies and big reputable multinational corporations. The highlight of his career includes approximately 15 years of experience in Senior Management position where he was involved in key and important strategic decision making process in different industries.

Mohd Fauzi holds a Master of Science Degree in Process Plant Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Chemical Process Engineering & Fuel Technology from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. In addition to that he also holds a Diploma in Management from the Malaysian Institute of Management.

Mohd Fauzi started his career as a Chemical Engineer in Central Sugars Refinery Sdn Bhd (CSR) in 1993 right after completing his engineering degree from United Kingdom. His years of manufacturing experiences also include stints in various reputable multinational companies such as Colgate Palmolive (M) Sdn Bhd, SCA Hygiene Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Cadbury Confectionery (M) Sdn Bhd where he served in various technical and management positions.

His first stint with CSR lasted for 7 years where he left CSR to join Colgate Palmolive (M), an American multinational in the year 2000. He re-joined Tradewinds (M) Bhd (a holding company which owned CSR & Gula Padang Terap/GPT) in March 2008 and was later seconded to GPT as the General Manager. He was responsible for the overall operation of GPT sugar business. He was later promoted and relocated to CSR in 2014 as the Chief Operating Officer for both companies CSR and GPT. In 2016, he was promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer of GPT, the position that he served until he left the group in July 2018.

He later joined PJ Livestock Sdn Bhd a local company involved in importing, trading and selling of livestock as the Director of Operations. In this new venture, all the operation and sourcing aspects of farms management fall under his responsibility. He has to plan, initiate and implement strategies in all 5 farms owned by the company to achieve efficient and effective operation to ensure good business return.
