MR. FAKRUL AZMI MOHAMAD

Mr. Fakrul Azmi possesses over 25 years of comprehensive experience in
Governance, Risk, and Control (GRC) within both financial and non-financial
industries.

He has previously held leadership positions in internal audit, serving as Chief
Internal Auditor at Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad, Kumpulan
Perangsang Selangor Bhd, Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad, and Malaysia
Debt Ventures Berhad.

Prior to that, he spent about 10 years in the Internal Audit Department of Kuwait
Finance House Malaysia Berhad and CIMB Bank Berhad.

A certified and highly experienced internal audit leader, he offers immediate
contributions to organisations seeking value-added assurance services, expert
advice, and insights to enhance the effectiveness of their governance, risk
management, and controls practices in alignment with corporate objectives.
